The 2026 International Blues Challenge  will take place in Memphis from January 13th - January 17th, 2026. The winners of our Showdown - one Solo/Duo Act and one Band - will represent the Phoenix Blues Society. 

This year's Showdown dates are:

Preliminary Round: Sunday 10/5/2025 Doors 12:00 PM First Act 12:30 PM

Final Round: Sunday 10/12/2025 Doors 12:00 PM First Act 12:30 PM
